Zenless Zone Zero announces Version 1.4 and promises major changes

HoYoverse cannot let a week pass without some news. It would be uncharacteristic of them. With four games in their portfolio, they have the leeway to do so without any problems. There is always something to announce, a new patch or a new character, to keep players attentive. That’s why it shouldn’t surprise us that they have promised the new patch for Zenless Zone Zero will be substantial. The strange thing would be if it weren’t.

Patch 1.4 of Zenless Zone Zero is already on the horizon. Named A Storm of Shooting Stars, the most interesting part is that it will give us the end of the current chapter of the game. Laying the groundwork for the fifth chapter of the game, the conspiracy around the Vision and Sacrifice Corporation increases, while the plot’s weight is placed on new agents of Section 6. Because we wouldn’t be talking about a new patch without new characters.

With patch 1.4, two new characters will arrive. On one hand, we have Hoshimi Miyabi, who uses her Freezing Anomaly powers to execute attacks that are as powerful as they are graceful. On the other hand, we have Asaba Harumasa, who uses his electrical powers to create attack combinations, switching from his bow to his sword. But also, you won’t miss out on this interesting character even if you’re not lucky. Because Harumasa can be redeemed for free once Version 1.4 is released.

Not only will there be new characters, but also new content

In the same way, there will be a series of changes in the game. This includes a new game mode, called Hollow Zero: Shadows Lost, and a new periodic operation, Deadly Assault. In addition to that, the patch will include new equipment, items, and events, as is the case with every major game patch.

If you are eager to play this new version of the game, you will still have to wait a little over a week. Version 1.4 of Zenless Zone Zero will arrive on Android and iOS on December 18. The game can be downloaded both on the App Store and on Google Play, depending on your preferred device.
