Just another flipping platformer?

A Flipping Good Time is a platform game that uses gravity flipping switches as it's main trick. Guide your adventurer through an underground world where things get switched upside down every few seconds.

If you played VVVVVV, you might recognize some aspects of A Flipping Good Time. Both use flipping as a game mechanic, but in this game gravity is flipped with triggers, not your Space Bar.

A Flipping Good Time also differs in it's cute graphics, echoing 1990s 16-bit games more than the monochrome of Terry Cavanagh's 8-bit masterpiece. Some levels have multiple paths to choose, and while it's at times great fun to play, sometimes you will feel like you are being carried along without much input, due to cleverly placed gravity switches.

If you're looking for a fun platformer, A Flipping Good Time is worth downloading. It's pretty basic, but it works on its own terms and will entertain for a while.
