JKDefrag GUI goes beyond the standard defragmenter included in Windows and offers you a very complete tool that makes disk defragmenting easier and more convenient.
The program features a bunch of configuration options divided into several tabs. You can thus adjust the defrag process to your needs very easily, for example choosing the kind of analysis you want to perform using filters to include or exclude certain file types or scheduling an automatic shutdown after the whole process is complete.
We also liked the possibility to schedule periodic defrags, so that you can keep your disk in good shape without any worries. On the downside, the graphic used during the analysis and optimization processes is very confusing and not attractive at all.

One Of The Most Powerful Free Defragger lUpdated Review].
When I lasted reviewed JkDefragGUI it was based solely on power and nothing more. I decided to test it's speed and ease of use as well as performance against the other top 5 free defraggers.JkDefragGUI is one of the most power free defragging solutions on the market, however it's probably the slowest as well. The interface while simpler to use and more eye pleasing than MyDefrag it's not as simple and eye pleasing as some other alternatives.The only downside to JkDefrag is it's speed. It can take hours to defrag your computer where as something like Auslogics will take only minutes.Overall for a weekly defragger, it's one of the best solutions around. You can team it up with Auslogics Disk Defrag and have a nice combo to use for both daily and weekly uses. However if you want just one solution you might want to give SmartDefrag a try.

The Greatest Free Defragger.
JkDefragGUI is built on the same engine that powers JkDefrag now called MyDefrag. It adds enhancements, features and a better GUI to JkDefrag. JkDefrag has won awards for defragging rates and now you get the best free defragger with added enhancements.The only downside about JkDefragGUI that I have is they removed the registry defrag part. I'm also not all too fond of having to decide to download the microsoft page defrag and so forth. It would be better if the program did this by itself not asking the user to download the stuff.All and all this is a must have defragging tool. I like to use it with Auslogics Disk Defrag ScreenSaver. Try it for yourself and see what a difference it can make.
