my experience with this program.
I was trying to sync music on a original IPOD 512mb I could not get music on this player until I downloaded the program. Then I could drag and drop songs to a sync list then sync or load the songs,so far I have not had a problem I am very impressed it worked great as Itunes is not easy to use and that program did not allow me to drag and drop songs did not figure it out thank you Pros:

MGTEK dopisp.
I trialed the free version of this but it wasn't until i tried to sync all my albums that i realised i had been had. I thought i was doing something wrong as i couldn't believe it was so annoyingly useless. I contacted tech support on numerous occassions for help but never got a reply - says a lot!! Be warned. I have about 1400 albums which Itunes synched but it mixed them all up and it was very messy and frustrating. MGTEK would not sync all of the music in my WMA at once so i had to do it bit by bit.It got to a point where it had obviously had enough and everytime i added music it took some off.
Pros:
It recognised my Ipod Classic
Cons:
It would not sync all my music so it was pointless.
Tech support none existent.
Didn't see my photos - but not a big deal for me. More
