A simple tool to sync data between folders and computers
If you use different computers at work and at home, or a desktop and a laptop, you probably spend some precious time syncing content between them.
Tarylynn aims at making this boring task a bit easier by providing you with a simple environment to compare and synchronize files and folders between two different sets of files. These sets can be found anywhere, from two different folders on the hard to two completely different systems. Tarylynn includes an embedded FTP client, which means you can even work with remote computers.
The program analyzes and compares the content of the selected folders and lets you decide which action to take: copy data or delete it, from the right pane to the left one or viceversa, etc. Each possible combination has a specific keyboard shortcut to make Tarylynn easier and faster to use. On the downside, you can't really tell which comparison method the program uses, and therefore can't tweak it either.
Tarylynn can work with scripts, which means that if you know how to create, you can use one to automate the program's functions. This obviously requires some coding knowledge.
Tarylynn is a dead-simple tool to compare and sync data between two different folders or computers.

Useful for doing between different computers or notebooks or for multiple computers from one source, which you can't do with some other backup programs.
