Mobile TV Apps for Android Streaming on the Go | 84

The tool focuses on bringing your own IPTV sources, not on supplying built-in channels, so it suits viewers who already have M3U or M3U8 playlists to organize. Its simple browsing flow and support for MX Player and XMTV Player are useful, but the lack of ready-to-tune stations is a real trade-off.

The standout here is its mix of DR programming, a broad 120-channel overview, and big-screen support through Chromecast or Android TV. I like the login features and accessibility support, but this app is clearly most valuable if Danish live TV and DR content are already what you watch most.

The strongest point here is how well it handles user-supplied IPTV sources: playlist imports, Xtream Codes access, EPG, and multi-playlist management all fit a real live-TV workflow. I’d rate it highly for subscribers who already have a service and want a clean player on Android, but it does little for channel discovery because it ships with no built-in content.

The app’s main appeal is its straightforward way to move mobile viewing onto a TV without a complicated setup. It suits people who just want a simple bridge between phone and screen, but it does not present any advanced Live TV or IPTV features like channel guides, favorites, or DVR tools.

Mio TV centers on broad entertainment access, combining TV channels, movies, and series with support for common living-room devices. It feels strongest for households that want one subscription across the TV setup, but the source gives no sign of deeper Live TV features like EPG, DVR, or catch-up.

The strongest draw here is the mix of channel access, a 7-day guide, and practical time-shifting tools like pause and automatic recording. Activation through a Ukrainian Xtra TV phone number and availability limited to Ukraine keep it tightly regional, but the football section and solid playback quality make it appealing on the right setup.
