  1. PROS: Add digital signatures, stamps and annotations to documents. Send signed documents straight to email. No registration or account required. Cheap compared to competitors.
    CONS: Does not automatically recognize where signatures required. Clumsy interface requires dragging boxes onto document to place signature. Interface makes filling out forms incredibly slow. More popular competitors like DocuSign are free.
  2. PROS: Will not negatively impact processing power. Can support multiple users and tasks. A simple and streamlined layout. All calendars can be printed out and given to others.
    CONS: There are times when alerts may not be received. Very few advanced notification options. Alarms cannot be adjusted for specific appointments. Not much different than most standard built-in browsers.
  3. PROS: Only 2.1 megabytes of hard drive space is needed. Rich text format (RTF) is supported. Large documents can be quickly converted. Existing text formatting is preserved.
    CONS: Does not support optical character recognition. Unable to convert images or vector graphics. Some font details may be lost during conversions. Portions of output text could be deleted on occasion.

    CONS: Cannot configure which day starts the week. Does not offer a single day view - minimum is a week. Can import iCal calendars but cannot choose which ones - all or none. Color coding is not reflected when printing tasks.

    CONS: Sounds more robotic than some alternatives. Lack of options for inserting longer pauses. Only exports in the AAC and AIFF formats. Cannot use multiple voices for the same text.
