    250+ Solitaire Collection is a good collection of Android games for older people. I feel like these are all familiar, and easy to learn classic games that will be easy for seniors to pick up. Some do feel a bit sluggish though.

    I used to play SCRABBLE for many years on the card board, so passing to the digital version has been really natural. The best part is that I can play against my far friends, or go for the single player mode, having always lot of fun :)

    Dots isn't really the first game I'd recommend to my grandmother. but at the same time, I guess if I was going to recommend a game to her, it would be something rather simple and easy to grasp such as dots.
