"Ugh, iBooks. You work so well on my iPhone and iPad. Everything is streamlined and easy to use. I cannot stand the Mac version though. I miss when it was part of iTunes. On my MacBook, it's incredibly slow to open and slow to sync. I pretty much stopped using it on my laptop, which is a pain when it comes to downloading new books. I liked downloading on my laptop, and then transferring, but it's too much of a hassle now. ""This is a decent app if you have an Apple product and would like to read eBooks. It'll transfer foreign formats to work with this reader. But if you don't have books to import they have a pretty vast library to choose from in iTunes as well. And don't worry about your storage space, you'll be able to save them on the cloud and access them pretty much everywhere you go.""iBooks is probably the best app for people that love books. It has a great variety of books and it is very easy to search for a book that you want." -

"Audible is great because it has one of the largest audio eBook libraries available anywhere online. It's a division of Amazon, who got their start online selling books, so you know they have decent books and not just sheer numbers of books for the sake of inflating their numbers up. And when you select a book, it's quick to download into your device.""This is a great app, I love the podcasts and I learn so much everyday while iam at work. Easy to use and very informative"

"This app just works, it is simple to use and improves on the idea of returning. There are no late fees, and that makes it really nice to use, and not have to remember to return on time. I found myself finding new books that I would have otherwise never have found.""The amount of information/books is amazing. I really like the feel of paperback books though so it would be tough for me to get in a groove with my tablet/phone. But i would never have this much access to this many books with just paperbacks.""Has an extensive level of books and creates a simplistic approach to book-reading. Everything is easy and accessible. It's an amazing app all-around and for those that love books especially. " -

"Scribd is not really what I'd like to use if I was a book lover. I'd rather use audible if I wasn't particularly about reading the books themselves, or just visit a library, or download the books.""In this ever expansive world we live in, it's nice to have apps that reduce the time needed on filler. Scribd provides this adequate service." -

"I miss the days of having my Amazon Kindle. I ended up giving it away to my Uncle who is amazingly, still getting good use out of it. I switched on over to a Samsung Tablet and haven't looked back. I love reading and so I'm always on the hunt for the perfect reading app. I'm pretty sure I found my perfect eBook reading app. Moon+ Reader has been great for me. First of all it's free, it's available for Android, and it supports so many eBook formats. I can pretty much put all the eBooks I've grabbed and just toss it on my tablet. It picks up most of the formats, at least all the ones I have, as I haven't had any issues with that. There's a nice night mode too to help reading in the dark which is great because I'm one of those read in bed types. All the basic features you would need and expect are there such as font scaling, adjustment of line spaces, auto scroll. This is what I was looking for, a light weight reading app that didn't cost a bundle or tax my tablets resources on usage.""I personally use Moon+ Reader, and it is a great ebook reader app for Android. I love the endless customization of very specific settings, as it allows me great control over most, if not all functions of the app. I can configure anything from the page flipping animation type to the shape of the control scheme used to bring up the menu and flip forwards and backwards." -

"I really like GoodReads, and I think it is probably one of the better apps available at the moment for bookworms. The app allows you to manage, catalog, and rate books.
