"I used to have an activity tracker but it only focused on fitness and sleep. This is way better, I feel like it keeps my health on track, in both physical and mental ways. These are hard times we're living, and since I've been using Spire I've been feeling better, more centered.,.. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!"

"I don't normally buy apps, but acupuncture intrigued me. There are so many options in this app beyond just headache pain relief. I'm looking forward to learning more to see if this will effectively lessen my pain, but as of a week of using the app, it doesn't seem to be working as it should."

"Migraine Buddy has an impressive set of features. The problem is I don't know what good they do. Every migraine sufferer knows there are a few simple triggers that set them off and a million small ones that interact together to set them off. It'd take a data scientist 10 years to get actionable data to help you prevent migraines."
