This app is pretty good but not great. It requires a lot of self direction and motivation on behalf of the user, which can be hard when you're dealing with mental health or mood problems. But, when I have the motivation to really commit to using the app regularly and using it well, it can be helpful. More

Well...this isn't an app, it's a book. It could be argued a digital book COULD be an app, but that's splitting hairs. Though I will say books can be helpful with behavioral therapy, most apps that would help with cognitive behavioral therapy would likely include some activity that is slightly more engaging than reading. Perhaps an exercise or mental activity to help. That being said, again, this is a book, not an app. More

This isn't an app at all but a children's book. So it's not a good solution to the best cognitive behavioral therapy apps at all.
