The idea of a 7-minute workout is really convenient for me since I am busy with my job. This app really proved its worth to me.

It's good if you want an app to tell you what to do. Or if you need an app to tell you what to do. If you need reminders to exercise. If you have a HIIT exercise in mind like the "one minute exercise" then this isn't the app for you. More
by Michael Burns
Quick and easy to use, but I did notice any more effectiveness long term that a few callisthenics or a short brisk walk would do. Not bad, but does not stand out in any way. More

this app has helped me to work out from the house. it is very helpful
by Erika Villalobos
I hate going to the gym so it's nice to be able to workout at home with a workout plan. This app is well laid out and informative.

I recently downloaded Sworkit as a way to try and workout and stay in shape. I have a very busy schedule and heard that this was a highly rated app for individuals who lead busy life styles and who want to stay in shape. I decided to try out one of the 6-week plans and couldn't be more disappointed. The plans were not clear nor even feasible to complete. I quickly deleted this app and highly suggest that no one wastes their time with it. There are just to many that are better available. More

I liked this app for awhile to do quick workouts. I was able to use it daily to help maintain my daily workouts.
This app is an amazing interval training timer: select how many seconds will every workout take, and a sound will be displayed when you reach that time. The app is available for iWatch so you can use it everywhere.
by Julie Graham
Makes it super easy to time out your workout down to the last second, without any of the complicated math or riggings. I've used it for a few days now and the integration with the iWatch is fantastic. More

Seconds is great for interval training and sectioning off or partitioning parts of your workout. Great app and easy to use!
by Brian Reyes
Seconds is a great app that will keep track of your intervals when you are working out. It's straightforward and easy to use without issues that can help you reach your goals. More
by Mary Martinez
This is good for HIIT workouts and has a timer for this type of workout and several templates for this kind of workout to choose from. The app is popular and maintains a good score in the play store. More

I needed the best Hiit apps for iphone. I fount Freeletics and it gives me a free fitness training program that I can adapt to my schedule and my goals. Lots of options ranging in many different lengths of time. More

Interface is a bit confusing. After starting up the app I was directed to a coach and asked to spend $3.68 per week. Or $95.99 for 6 months. But I was able to find the free exercises. The app shows a video of someone doing the exercise (exp: jumping jacks) and a counter which seems normal. But the counter counts upwards. As I'm writing this the counter is currently at 8 minutes and rising for 50 jumping jacks and not progressing to the next step. So it's not clear how long you have for each interval. As I'm not able to get past the first interval in a routine the app is sadly useless to me. More

This is not a good solution because it does not include hit apps. It is just a fitness app.
With Fitbit Coach is very easy to get in shape! Through varied workouts, you can achieve your goals in a very short time. It does not matter where you are, or what time it is; with this app, you can have a hand a complete and personalized set of exercises.
by Betty Rodriguez
Fitbit Coach recommends exercises for me and this is what I like the most in this app. It's like having a personal trainer!
by Derek D null
A decent app. Many of the exercises are unavailable unless you pay up. But there are indeed some free exercises. It does take a while for a routine to start as it appears the app is compiling video or doing something intensive. Or perhaps that was just my experience, and other phones would be much faster. I was concerned that the app would require a fitbit to use, but it worked fine without it. The app does show a video of someone doing the exercises along with the timer. More
Tabata Timer is going to be your best companion when it comes to HIIT workouts: with an intuitive interface, this app will allow you to set up countdowns to make sure you are doing your high intensity training properly.
by Joe Sims
Tabata Timer is a great fitness app for android. It lets you use your tech to help you with high intensity HIIT training, and is super easy to use. Highly recommended for anyone into that type of workout! More
by Lawrence Lewis
Tabata Timer seems to be one of the best possible choices in terms of apps you could use to time high-intensity interval training workouts. It's simple and easy to use, but also powerful enough to map out custom routines. There's really no particularly strong downsides to it. It would definitely seem like a good choice for beginners and experts alike. More
by Gerald Knight
Tabata Timer makes it really easy to switch between different types of training, set up cycles, and anything else you'd want to segment time for. Intervals? No problem. Highly recommended for workouts! More
Daily Burn is a health and fitness app developed and offered by the company of the same name. It features live daily workout shows that cater to all who just got started with their fitness journey.

I always wanted to find an app that I can workout by watching videos from home. This app has it all in one little place. It has 30 min full workout videos that can be watched live at 9:00 am ET or on demand for 24 hours. With a little paid subscription I can have access to hundreds of videos. Working out is so much easier with this app. More

This looks like a great app, but it's for the wrong device! It would be nice if everyone made apps for both Android and iOS, but sadly, this is not the case here, as I just can't find this on iOS at all. Looks like a good enough program, but I guess I'll never know... More

It is nice that the app picks out a program for you. However this app is not free. The first month is free but then increases to $14.95 /month.

This app is really helping me stay motivated with my new workout routine. The trainers are all very professional. I love that little extra motivation to reach my goals. There are workouts available for every fitness level. More
by Evelyn Watkins
Amazing! It has a workout library that I try every day for my exercise. I can choose what kind of workout I want based on the intensity and duration.
by Derek D null
This is not a bad HIIT app. Say if you found a routine online and you want to do it, you will likely have problems with this app. If you want to create a custom routine you need to choose from the exercises the app has defined, which might not include or allow what you have in mind. That said, if you want an app to recommend a routine, or create a custom routine using their system. Then this is a pretty good app. I don't see any request for money or any limits on uses. So it appears to indeed be free. It does request permission for the phone on the device. I'm not sure why it does that. I presume to pause the exercise if you get a phone call. But the app still The exercise does pause/stop if the phone sleeps. More

I wanted the best hiit apps around. I found out about Interval Timer from a friend, and it lets me customize my training at my home gym.
by Derek D null
If you want just a HIIT timing app then this is a decent app. I don't think it's perfect but it gets the job done. The interface seems a bit busy, and sometimes too many options. But I feel like once you get used to it, it will work just fine. This is not an app to recommend a routine for you. It is just a timer to help you do your own HIIT routine. Some people will appreciate it. But if you want the app to tell you how to exercise then I imagine you won't. More
12 Minute Athlete is an app for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program which includes video tutorials of workouts. It features an interval timer, stopwatch and countdown timer for effective exercising.
by Christina Weber
Nice app! The interval timer and its video demo are what I always use for my daily workouts.

Impetus is useful for HIIT. I have used the app before and it does just what it says it will do. I've been very pleased with it.
by Derek D null
App doesn't work for me. Every time I try to run the app it crashes. I'm using Android 9. So it might be a case that the app just doesn't work with Android 9. As the app is broken for me, I have to give it a low rating. More

Interval training. I hate it. But it keeps me in shape. I promised myself I was going to do a better job timing and tracking my progress. HIIT Workout Timer helps me achieve this. Now all I have to do is get in a routine and remember to use it. More
by Mary Stevens
This app is god for hiit workouts for timing, but really doesn't so much past that. While it does a good job at timing your workout, it doesn't have much more to offer than that. More
Nice Hiit is an interval timer app that features basic and custom interval. It also lets users listen to audio prompts while running. It is also designed with a simple user interface, dramatic screen colors, text-to-speech, big clock mode, and more.
