      "This video was overall not that helpful. I understand that some people need home workouts but it's not my preferred way of working out. I also found the music in the video to be annoying."

I don't have to go to a gym or a group exercise class so I can do it anytime and anywhere I want to without feeling embarrassed or stressed about getting there on time. The availability to download and do it offline is especially nice if I am somewhere with limited internet connectivity."

      "I downloaded this App with no real expectations. I mean, how much help can an exercise App be?? Boy was I wrong?!? This is great. Not only do they give simple explanations, but they include photos to show you how to do things. It truly takes very little time and there is no expensive equipment needed. A definite winner."

      "I started using this solution a few weeks ago and to be honest the first week was difficult for me. Now after 3 weeks I am able to do it well and I am starting to notice a difference. I not only feel more limber and balanced throughout the day but I am noticing the difference in my body tone. This was a great solution and I am really happy I did it."

      "This is my favorite workout! I've been doing it every other day for a month now, alternating with a mostly core workout, as this is mostly a butt and leg. I've never looked better. My thighs are nearly cellulite free and my butt looks so much better. This is hard, especially in the end, but so so worth it."

      "I would put this more on the Intermediate end of the scale, it definitely gets a little bit harder at the end! It was enjoyable but of course, it's a workout, so expect to feel it! Was able to get better results in a shorter time frame watching this video."
