    "MaxiNutriton has protein bars that taste great and help me satisfy my sweet tooth healthily. They also have more things like protein powders, supplements, and healthy recipes. I've tried some of them and liked them, but by far the Promax Lean Bars are the beeest. .... Like candy, but not fattening!"

      "I admit it: I'm a lazy guy. I love sports, but the best place to practice them is from my living room couch. And yes, I've been on the "chubbier" side for quite a while. But last year my girlfriend gave me this book after she'd read it, and I have to say that, although its somewhat geared to women, the tips and advice it gave have been invaluable! I' still the same lazy dude, but waaay trimmer, without sacrificing my lifestyle. READ IT!"

      "This book was amazing! I used to be really fat but then I bought it and started eating delivery Pizza Hut every meal! I've lost at least 33 pounds in the last two weeks. It's really true when it says you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, and not exercise, but still lose weight. Thanks book! I punched a hole in this book and hung it around my neck as a ward against weight gain, but I think reading it may be ok too."

I've always prefered my water room temperature, but after watching this video I decided to give this one a try. It's not like they are suggesting you don't diet and exercise, but it's important to know there are things you can do now that aren't wholesale changes to your routine."

In this case, it's not a medical doctor but beyond that it's hard to say since it's not even provided. Go with more proven and verifiable resources and not ones merely claiming to be healthcare authorities."

      "MyFitnessPal is a great aid in losing weight loss, but it shouldn't in any way replace advice from actual healthcare and nutrition professionals. They dole out a lot of one-size-fits-all type of solutions like telling people of vastly different weights to eat the same number of calories each day. So it's best to go over your weight loss plan with your medical doctor before taking the advice of an online app."

      "Some of these natural ways to lose weight seems skeptical, but I can see these being just some general health tips. It's good for you to drink water like this guide says, for example, but I don't know how significant that can be towards weight loss. I did try some of their homemade tea, and although I can't tell a significant change in my weight by drinking it, it did taste good and helped me relax."

The more you know the better. A lot of time's you don't get exact calorie counts when you do it through an app. This way gives you an accurate result every time."
