"I'm really paranoid about how much these tech companies know about you. When you use some other browsers or services, you're unwittingly letting them know about everything you search, visit, look for, and do online, and even your location I'm SO OVER THAT!! So it's good that a browser like BRAVE exists"

"i want to see the big August Eclipse event with my family. This choice was perfect for me because it came with 4 pairs of standard solar shaded. Its great for the kids or to share with friends. It includes an illustrated guidebook with tips, preparation for viewing the eclipse. Even it has a map to follow eclipse's path. We tried the glasses to view some sunsents, just as a trial, hehe! They are comfy and light. I can't wait to try them for the big deal!"

"When I learned of the solar eclipse coming, I knew I needed a way to view the eclipse without damaging my eyes. I searched google for a reasonably priced pair of glasses. I found these on amazon. They are modestly priced and they worked great. "

"Over priced. Not necessary to view the eclipse. I'd buy the basic glasses. Unless you're in totality, it won't be worth the money"

"Like everyone else, I got roped into the hype for the solar eclipse. As I needed some solar eclipse glasses out of fear of going blind, I purchased Eclipse Glasses Standard - Stars & Stripes Set 10x from the Total Solar Eclipse website. Thankfully, they still had some in stock as nearly everyone else was out of stock. I received my glasses well within time to get prepared for the solar eclipse. The glasses protected my eyes as expected, I just wish the design was more minimalist and less tacky."

"My friends and I are fans of astronomy and we were looking for a cheaper solution to see upcoming solar eclipses.. we don't want to spend $30 per pair of glasses and we found this set, that contains 10 units, so about $3 per pair, it's perfect! Although these are cheap glasses the quality is good (and NASA recommends it!) and enough to enjoy the next eclipse with your family and friends!"

"So I bought these solar eclipse glasses because it had some informational literature included. I thought this would be a fun way for my kids to experience the eclipse while trying to keep within a budget. Unfortunately I was unimpressed with the whole order. Even though there was some nice information provided there was not really anything there that I couldn't get off the internet. The glasses themselves were good enough to use and I didn't have much issue with those. In the end I wish I would have bought something else, but that is alright because we still had fun."

"The solution seems good thanks for an affordable price and free shipping, Unfortunatelly, I don`t think many people will buy it now, after the eclipse. "

What happens if you look at an eclipse without glasses made for viewing them? Most likely, you can go blind. The sun during solar eclipses can damage your eyesight. Especially if you look at the sun with your naked eyes. Even looking at the solar eclipse for a few seconds are harmful without any protection. Prolonged exposure to sunlight causes retinal burns. The damage from exposure may not be immediately noticed. It can temporary or permanent depending on the amount of exposure. Symptoms of eclipse blindness include distorted, altered color, and loss of central vision.

If you want to witness looking at a solar eclipse, there are safe ways to view it. Minus the risk of permanent eye damage. You can buy eclipse viewing glasses with lenses specific to that purpose. Solar eclipse glasses often come in sets which is usable by many people. Another alternative to viewing a solar eclipse is to create a pinhole projection. The materials needed are cardboard and white paper. Although looking at the sun with your bare eyes is damaging. Looking at it through your phone bears the same effect. Especially if the photo has no filter and you look at the screen for too long. When taking photos of solar eclipses, there need to be some pointers to keep in mind.

"If you are like me, you would be skeptical that a glasses maid of cardboard and that cost more or less 1$ a piece coud be able to work effectively. Oh, and if you want to know why I buy this kit if I wasnt too sure, the reason was that I found the manufacturer at the NASA website. Well, they work! I tested them looking at the sun and they work. Also, I like their galactic design. Highly recommended!"

"I live in the path of the solar eclipse that just occurred (American Southeast). I was absolutely struck by the experience and I highly recommend viewing a total solar eclipse. Of course if you want to view an eclipse, these glasses are absolutely necessary. They do a great job of blocking the sun's harmful rays so that you view the eclipse. HOWEVER, this seller is vastly over-charging for these glasses. Do not buy these at over $10 per pair. "

"I'm preparing a big party for the August 2017 Solar Eclipe event. Problem is, I couldn't find any eclipse glasses manufacturer that sent them in big packs. I needed +40. And then I found this ones. I received the 50 solar glasses in a perfect condition and in a lot of designs, so my friends will be able to pick their favorite ones. Of course, they are cheap looking and I don't expect them to survive the event, but quality wasnt the problem here."
