I'll start off with the positives, there was a 30 day free trial so I did not have to waste any of my money on it. The negatives, I have no idea who this app is for, every phone comes with free nav and map apps, and other far better ones are free. This app also has problems connecting which makes it even more ridiculous considering Verizon made the thing and it cannot figure out that it should use cellular data. Go with Google maps, Apple maps, Waze, or pretty much anyone else besides this. More

VZ Navigator is not the best traffic app out there. You get a free trial, but then it is $4.99 per month after that. This app is not updated and a lot of the street names and directions are WRONG. More

Okay this might not be the best traffic app for real-time traffic information but this has the smoothest interface, kudos to Apple for always making it easy for the users. Easy swipe. Calendar integration and many more.

I hate getting stuck in traffic especially when it's a long drive from state to state. What I love about this is it gives you access to traffic cameras for actual viewing of traffic conditions.

Another navigation app has entered the fray, and it is a good one, although since most GPS navigation apps have to have features that best Google maps in order to be rated tops, HERE WeGo has a bit of a way to go before they do that. The app has a lot of standard features, such giving routes for car, public transport, and foot. It notes various locations and food stops, gas stations, stores. The best feature though is that it can be used offline. It is worth giving it a try to see if it meets your needs better than the major Navigation apps. More

This is basically a free app but if you want to spend more bucks, this is worth the money. You won't be compelled to buy the whole pack of features. The features can be bought individuallly. Recommended as one of the best traffic apps.

Personally I think Google Maps already does a pretty good job of alerting you about traffic reports, but if you prefer the customizable alert system this is still a good option. I like being able to tell exactly what kind of issue I'm heading into without having to look at my phone. More
