MyFitnessPal is a great app that tracks nutrients. I have been using it for years and i've never had a problem. It is very easy to use.

I like that it’s user friendly and easy to add or update foods. Unfortunately, the micronutrient side of this app is not enough; it only covers iron, potassium, D, A, and Calcium. For foods that have a diversity of nutrients that I seek to administer into my health, this app doesn’t expand it’s range to beyond the above micronutrients. More

A great way to track my calories, this app is super duper handy and easy to use. It does annoy you to buy the premium version, though and it gets a bit obnoxious about doing so.

This app has potenital but it is a little too buggy for my tastes. Tries to be flashy but overdoes it, graphics are gaudy and can slow down a phone. Very accurate on nutrition compared to other apps but seems to have registered fewer foods that calorie count and others. Worth trying but was not a fit for me. More

Without a doubt my favorite nutriton app, and the only one that tracks all micronutrients which is very important to me for optimal health. I switched to Cronometer from MFP and I never looked back. More
