Instagram has its own filters, but the camera doesn't allow for much other photo manipulation. That is where Camera+ comes in. It has tons of features and makes editing photos painless. The best part is that you can share to multiple platforms. I love this app and don't think I will ever replace it. More

Hyperlapse is great for Instagram stories or short videos. The stabilization tool is useful to counteract against camera shake. There's better filter apps for static pictures though.

This is a great idea for an app, the only problem is you cant use your pre-recorded videos you already have, you have to record it through the app itself. A little flawed but worth a look if Instagram is your thing.
