Aldiko is a good reader app for light novels! My favorite features are all related to finding and downloading new books. I love that I can specify the directory where you want to keep your library and it makes folders by author in plain language

I used to read American horror novels and sci-fi using Google Play books. I was surprised that there are also light novels being offered on this app! Though some are in Japanese, there are also some English versions I was able to find, too bad can't afford all of them yet :( More

I have found BakaReader EX very convenient when it comes to keeping track of the huge library of novels that I am reading. I liked the fact that I could easily use BakaReader EX offline which is helpful while I'm out and about and do not have internet connection on my tablet. BakaReader EX is a great app with some good features. It allows you to download novels so you can read them offline when not on wifi. Has a good bookmarking feature to help remember your spot! I recommend you give it a try. More

So I downloaded this popular light novel my friend recommended to me and used this pocketbook app as a reader. It worked pretty well and what I like the most is that you can highlight lines and copy them if you want some reference or if you just wanna keep those and share with friends (though we can always screenshot LOL) Also, I can read those in pdf and in Epub!! More

This app app is a Free App that you can use to read webnovel offline or even have it read it for you like a podcast. The main trick is to add a web novel by going to the webpage with the chapter you are currently reading and save it. I was working 8am to 7pm shifts for the past few years and I wanted to make sure I spend time in the evening with my 9 year old twin son. I was looking for something exciting and magical to share with them while I read to them at night. I found this amazing set of manga novels and books using the app Manga Reader 2.0, which is a fantastic database for searching for Japanese Manga Novels that allows children to use their imagination and view illustrations of sci-fi and future adventures. Thanks guys! This app works better than most readers for light novels

It used to be available on play store, not sure while they pulled out! Anyways, you won't be able to read light novels on this app, only manga and anime. If you're looking for apps that already have light novels in it, maybe there are some better apps to use...
