movie facts

In an effort to test how well their characters worked and in preparation for the brotherly relationship the pair had, Robert Pattinson and Benny Safdie worked in-character at a car wash in Queens. “Connie” showed “Nick” how to exist as part of a normal society by working at the car was. “Connie” would get frustrated when “Nick” would get distracted and do things such as disassembling the windshield wipers of paying customers. Pattinson realized how difficult it is having a disabled brother and trying to include him in day-to-day life.
