Cons: Limited default emoticons. Some features are still buggy.

Pros: Enables you to sync contacts with your mobile phone.

Cons: Fewer options than other similar tools. Really outdated. Only supports Facebook Chat.

Pros: Easy to setup. Audio quality good. Calling rates reasonable. Offers chat and VoIP in one.

Cons: Calling rates not much different to Skype.
