Pros: No installation process. It makes creating GIFs less complicated than other GIF tools. Manipulating the GIF output is self-explanatory on the GUI.

Cons: You have to do most of the video manipulation before putting it into the tool. The interface needs updating to make it more streamline. It takes longer to process than one may expect of a modern program.

Pros: Very easy to use: one-click image optimization. See results straight away and compare them to the original photo. Includes a tool to erase the red-eye effect. Integrated with Facebook and Picasa.

Cons: Too basic for advanced users. Lacks some editing tools and filters.
