ProgressionLIVE is a free Android mobile application developed by Diffusion Solutions Intégrées that offers an efficient task management solution for dispatchers. This app allows dispatchers to assign tasks such as service calls, maintenance, deliveries, pick-ups, purchase orders, and quotes to employees' Android devices.

With ProgressionLIVE, employees can take pictures of their work and add them to the work order (PDF). Clients can sign directly on the Android device, approving the work and transposing both signatures on the work order. The app also enables mobile billing, allowing employees to add products to the invoice and scan barcodes with their Android device. The timesheet module allows employees to enter their time entries manually or automatically, and geolocation and GPS tracking help dispatchers keep track of their employees.

ProgressionLIVE can easily integrate with Acomba, AcombaX, Sage50, and Quickbooks Online accounting software to speed up the billing process. Once the work order is completed, the solution allows the sending of the work order to the client by email in PDF format, including customer information, invoice, signatures, photos, and technician notes.
