Mind Ease Lite, the free version of the app, offers a taste of what Mind Ease has to offer, including the Calm Me button for fast anxiety relief, walk-through anxiety relief exercises, and the ability to log your feelings before and after each exercise. The app also offers a range of activities to support long-term mental health needs, including specific content for anxiety, low mood, and depression. Mind Ease offers two auto-renewing subscription types, Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly, with access to additional features such as unlimited access to the full range of Calm Me exercises, a full library of activities and guides in Explore, and a personalized mascot to guide you on your Mind Ease journey.
