The Grbl Controller app allows you to use your smartphone to stream G-Code to your CNC machine with GRBL 1.1 firmware. It supports both Bluetooth and USB Otg connections, providing flexibility in connecting to your CNC machine.
With the app, you can control real-time feed, spindle, and rapid overrides using the Grbl 1.1 firmware. It offers a simple and powerful jogging control with corner jogging, allowing for precise movements. The app uses buffered streaming to ensure smooth and uninterrupted communication with your CNC machine.
You can also view real-time machine status reporting, including position, feed, spindle speed, and buffer state. To enable the buffer status report, you need to set $10=2 in the settings.
The app supports sending G-Code files directly from your mobile phone. You can choose G-Code files with extensions such as .gcode, .nc, .ngc, and .tap from anywhere in your phone or external storage.
