The main claim of GenStudio is that it will allow you to use generative artificial intelligence in the creation of marketing campaigns. As Adobe explains, with GenStudio you can “manage processes from start to finish more smoothly, from strategy, planning, and creation to approvals, distribution, and analysis.” In summary, it will help you create large-scale content in a more optimal and faster way.

As of today, GenStudio is in alpha phase and its public release is scheduled for the end of this year. Regarding prices, there is no confirmation yet, but Adobe clarifies that it will not be fixed and will depend on the company that hires it.

In addition, Adobe has also added a new AI-powered chatbot to its customer experience management platform. Its main function will be to answer technical questions about Experience Cloud applications. It will also automate tasks, gather performance data, and measure which audiences can best respond to certain promotions.
