One of the world’s biggest music artists is returning to a WWE ring. Bad Bunny will face Damian Priest tomorrow. A fight at the top.
This Saturday, May 6th, the fourth WWE PPV of the year, Backlash 2023 will mark the return of major wrestling events to Puerto Rico since 2005.
This time the show will take place at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan and will feature the special participation of Bad Bunny.
The two wrestlers were once teammates, but became enemies after Bad Bunny stopped Priest ally Dominik Mysterio from beating his father Rey with a chain at WrestleMania 39.
Two days later on Monday Night Raw, Priest confronted the musician and choked him through an announce table. That led to Bad Bunny attacking Priest with a kendo stick on the April 24 edition of Raw, with the musician then announcing his intention to face his former friend at Backlash.
Despite Bad Bunny’s previous experience in the ring, tomorrow will be his first time participating in a single fight.
