As you know, very soon the most important sports moment in the world will take place: the Super Bowl. This edition, which will be the 58th, will be played at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sunday, February 11, 2024, in US time.
And the question is: Streaming the Super Bowl? The NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell, has just given a very interesting answer to a question about what the NFL thinks of streaming. He gives a lot of credit to Peacock, YouTube, and others, but ultimately: “We are really committed to free-to-air television.”

And when asked if a fully streaming Super Bowl could happen, Goodell was quite clear: “Not in my time.” It’s worth watching, you have the exact moment of the interview above these lines.
So, you know, if you want to watch the Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, you’ll have to watch it on free-to-air television. If you’re in Europe and want to watch it through CBS, try our VPNs and connect to American television.
By the way, it is the first time in NFL history that the Super Bowl will be broadcast in two different formats: CBS will broadcast the traditional game and Nickelodeon will air an exclusive broadcast for children and families. The CBS broadcast can be streamed through Paramount+.
