When The Batman premiered in 2022, we all held our breath for Zöe Kravitz. The actress and daughter of Lenny Kravitz gave us all a lesson in humility with a perfect Catwoman for the role, and undoubtedly left us wanting to see more in the future sequels starring Robert Pattinson.
But it turns out that we only saw a small percentage of Zöe Kravitz’s talent in this movie. It turns out that the actress is also a director, and moreover, with tremendous talent. Soon we will discover how far she goes with “Blink Twice”, a Warner film that will be released on August 23rd and directed by Kravitz herself. This is its trailer:
A terrifying movie full of excesses
Protagonized by none other than Channing Tatum, the movie tells the story of technology magnate Slater King (Channing Tatum) who meets waitress Frida (Naomi Ackie) at his fundraising gala, and sparks fly. He invites her to join him and his friends on a dream vacation to his private island. A true paradise.
Once there, wild nights blend with sun-drenched mornings and everyone has a lot of fun. No one wants the trip to end. But when strange things start happening, Frida feels that something is not right in that place. She will have to uncover the truth if she wants to make it out alive.
