Embracer Group has announced its intention to transform into three independent publicly traded entities: Asmodee Group, Coffee Stain & Friends, and Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends.

  • Asmodee Group: Leading editor and distributor of board games worldwide with an extensive network of studios and intellectual property catalog.
  • Coffee Stain & Friends: A diverse gaming entity with a dual focus on indie games and premium A/AA and free-to-play for PC, console, and mobile, with a high degree of recurring revenue.
  • Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends: A creative powerhouse in the development and publishing of AAA games for PC and console, as well as the managers of the intellectual properties of The Lord of the Rings and Tomb Raider, among many others.

The current quote of Embracer Group on the Stockholm Nasdaq will be renamed Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends, and the shares of Asmodee Group and Coffee Stain & Friends will be distributed as dividends to the shareholders of Embracer Group.

It is expected that the quotation and distribution of Asmodee Group’s shares will take place within a period of 12 months, and those of Coffee Stain & Friends during the calendar year 2025.
