The responsible studio for the two games in the Ori saga now has its sights set on a game that has caught the attention of the entire gaming community. This game is called No Rest for the Wicked and has nothing to do with what has been seen so far.

Xbox Game Pass DOWNLOAD

For those who are not familiar with either Ori and the Blind Forest or Ori and the Will of the Wisps, our recommendation is that you subscribe to Game Pass and play both, as both are wonderful platform games, with a marvelous soundtrack, gameplay, and artistic design.

That’s why we’re a bit in shock with this No Rest for the Wicked, a game that goes beyond everything Moon Studios had shown us so far. However, it looks incredible.

A mix between Diablo IV and Dark Souls: how?

No Rest for the Wicked seems like a cross between Dark Souls and Diablo, with a touch of Darksiders just in case. The game also has elements of Hades and appears to blend 2D and 3D platforms with RPG hack-and-slash gameplay.

Aesthetically, No Rest for the Wicked has a dark and gloomy atmosphere and uses a cell-shaded animation style that makes the world and the game appear vibrant at the same time.

Set in high fantasy with knights, monsters, and what appears to be an exciting story, No Rest for the Wicked could be a hit among fans of the genre.

What is this No Rest for the Wicked about

You play as a being known as Cerim, a special kind of sacred warrior who, in addition to having a mysterious power to defeat the capital Plague that afflicts the cursed land of Sacra, also seems to be characterized by his strangely long arms.

This cursed plague that you have to stop is turning the locals into “indescribable things”, in the words of the wonderfully malicious King Magnus, but it is essentially a code for zombies and other horrible stuff.

However, when your ship wrecks on the coast, you will have to make your way to the main settlement of Sacra, aptly named Sacramento, to regroup and equip yourself before starting your journey.

When is it released, for which platforms and how much does it cost

The planned early access version is only for PC and will be released on April 18th. As for its official release, it will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X and S. We don’t have an official date or price yet, so we’ll have to wait.
