Moon Studios, the developer behind the Ori games, has announced the release date of No Rest for the Wicked. This new adventure, which will be available in early access, combines the best of the hack and slash genre with the souls-like. If that doesn’t convince you, its careful artistic section might.

One thing is clear: the guys from Moon Studios have a good eye for art. In both releases, both Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps, were highly praised for their careful aesthetics. In No Rest for the Wicked, the vibrant colors are replaced by a darker design, but like with Ori, it does not disappoint in the slightest.

Before the arrival of early access, Moon Studios has provided GameSpot with an exclusive collection of conceptual images. In them, you can appreciate the enemies we will encounter such as the Berserker or Darak. You can also take a look at some of the places we will visit throughout our adventure: the city of Phalen, the sewers…

After its PC release, which will arrive on April 18th through Steam Early Access, multiplayer support for up to four players will be added in the online cooperative mode. The arrival of the console version (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S) will come with version 1.0 of the game.
