The story behind the scandal
Released on February 2, Pam & Tommy recreates in an entertaining—and sometimes surreal—way the events that led to Pamela Anderson’s famous sex tape being downloaded by millions of internet users. This 8-episode series tells the love story between the Mötley Crüe drummer and the Baywatch sex symbol. An extravagant romance and a Cancun wedding are only the start of an atypical relationship that culminates in a scandal over their homemade porn tape, which ends up being leaked online by a disgruntled electrician seeking revenge.
