At the end of 2021, a video game that everyone was talking about was launched in China: Tower of Fantasy. Behind this title was a production in the purest Genshin Impact style, that is, a world with manga-style aesthetics and that could be played entirely for free (with its microtransactions as a gacha game, of course). The game was first released for mobile devices and PC in different parts of the world, but its big debut was still pending: launching on PlayStation and PlayStation 4.

Starting today, Tower of Fantasy is available on both of Sony’s consoles (currently active). Unfortunately for players, this version of Tower of Fantasy does not have crossplay with the PC and smartphone versions, so players will have to manage without it. In exchange, however, they have introduced their own enhancements to make the transition enticing for all players.

To begin with, the game features ray tracing to make the world of Aida look better than ever. Additionally, the haptic technology of the DualSense controller has been incorporated to provide a novel gaming experience, along with some surprises that the studio has chosen not to reveal (players will have to play to discover them).

On the other hand, if you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you will have access to the following free content bundle:

  • Dark Crystals x200
  • Golden Cores x1
  • Proof of Purchase x1
  • Weapon Enhancement Box I x5
  • Weapon Enhancement Box II x5
  • Elemental Mineral Fragment Box x10

Now all that’s left is to embark on a new adventure that will undoubtedly consume a significant amount of your time (we warn you from experience).
