Lupin has already become another symbol of Netflix. The streaming platform has several high-quality French series and films in its catalog, but none reach the level of popularity that Lupin does. Launched in 2021, the first two seasons of the series starring the gentleman thief have been a great success. And the third season seems to be following the same path.

Netflix has just released the trailer for the third season of Lupin, and in it, we already see that the protagonist will attempt the biggest heist of his career: stealing the Black Pearl. Yes, just like in Pirates of the Caribbean, the protagonist will try to obtain this jewel after no longer being the most wanted man in France, having been wrongfully accused of murder. Watch the trailer for more details.

When does Lupin: Part 3 premiere?

Lupin: Part 3 seems to bring the best of Money Heist mixed with the best spy movies like James Bond. Lupin always knows how to handle the worst circumstances, and now he’s determined to prove it with the biggest heist he has ever attempted… one that will also depend on his mother’s life.

The release date for the third season of Lupin is set for October 5th, and George Kay and François Uzan are once again behind the production. Once more, the lead character couldn’t be anyone else but Omar Sy, and alongside him, there will be renowned French actors such as Hervé Pierre (Hubert), Ludivine Sagnier (Claire), Shirine Boutella (Sofia Belkacem), Etan Simon (Raoul), Antoine Gouy (Benjamin), and Soufiane Guerrab (Youssef). Will this season be able to match the popularity of the previous ones? Everything seems to indicate they are on the right track.
