Vampires never go out of style, and the success of V Rising is a good example of that. The action and management title arrived as early access on Steam in 2022. Now, its developers are preparing its release as a full game, which will take place on May 8th.

In a post published on X, Stunlock, the studio behind V Rising, has reminded the community that this is their last chance to get the game at a reduced price. This is not a surprise, as it was something the community was aware of from the beginning. Most titles increase their price when they are fully released, and that is exactly what has happened with V Rising. In the case of Stunlock, they are right to say it, as the saying goes, forewarned is forearmed.

In their statement, Stunlock explains that they will increase the price of V Rising on Steam to 34.99 euros. Its current price as early access is 19.99 euros and will remain so until April 5, 2024.

In addition, the final version of V Rising will come loaded with content so that even the most veteran players can enjoy it like the first day. To start with, version 1.0 will include a new area, called Ruins of Mortium, which will become available at the end of the game. We will also have a final chapter with new bosses and challenges that will make your experience more “pleasurable”.

On the other hand, Castlevania will also make an appearance, but as a future downloadable content. Another novelty that the 1.0 version of V Rising will include is that it becomes compatible with a controller. For now, it is only available for PC, but we know that a version for PlayStation 5 is coming. Its release date is not clear, but we know it will happen at some point in late year.
