Mask Singer is back and in its first program we have already had two unmasked masks. The first one was Faraona, behind which Arantxa Sánchez Vicario was hiding, and the second mask of the night to fall was Arlequín. Being someone who spoke English, it was obvious that it had to be an international celebrity, but who was it? Ana Obregón bet on Melanie Griffith, Javier Calvo on Neve Campbell and Mónica Naranjo on Gwyneth Paltrow, but the one who got it right was Javier Ambrossi. The one who was under the mask was none other than Tori Spelling.

For those who don’t know her, Tori Spelling is an actress of international fame thanks to her roles in TV series of the 90s such as Saved by the Bell, Vacation at Sea and, particularly, Sensation of Living, where she played the role of Donna. Since then her career has been defined by her appearance in different reality shows and low-budget films, particularly highlighting her passage through different editions of Mask Singer. Before this appearance she appeared, although only as a guest, in Mask Singer Australia, playing Poodle, and in Mask Singer France, playing La Gata.

On the show she stated that she did this for her children, who are big fans of the show, even though she is afraid to sing. Something that no one would say, since she co-starred in 2012 in the direct-to-TV musical film The Mistle-Tones, where she played Marci, the leader of a Christmas-themed pop group. Something that makes it even more charming and surprising that she didn’t make it past this first day without being unmasked, making us wonder what else the new edition of this popular show has in store for us.
