Snapseed is awesome! I basically can do everything on this app from fine-tuning the colour of my photo, control the curves, tonal contrast, add a realistic grain effect and many more. What i like the most though is that its double exposure feature.

I basically can do every basic photo editing on this app. My fave thing with this is its grain effect there are different grains u can use to make ur photo look old or grainy. Isn't that amazing eh More

I like the grain effects this app has but it does not run very fast. I did not try the paid version but the free one although giving the effect I am after seems to take along time to work. I will probably be looking for another app to use.

I dont think PicSay has a grain effect feature eh...Am not really sure because i only got the free version. Maybe the paid one has it on...But still i wont buy this as there are much better apps out there than this

This solution isn't directly related to the problem at hand. Instagram is a social media network, and I don't know whether it's capable of handling my problem of finding grain effects to manipulate photos.
