Best apps to download songs as ringtones

OMG, another music service. I've got them coming out my ears so to speak. Who's got time to figure out which one is the best? As for downloading songs as ringtones, I took a quick glance around the site, and it's not obvious how you do that. So I can't really say it's the best now if I can't figure out how to do it! More

Not a good resource for downloading ringtones. Downloading would only be reserved for premium subscribers, and you'd have to deal with making it a ringtone as a separate issue. There are better solutions available. More

The Deezer App is interesting, but I feel that Spotify is already providing most of the services that Deezer would provide. I don't think I am convinced, especially with having to deal with a monthly subscription. More

Jamendo carries a huge collection of music, and is my No.1 source when it comes to listening to music. The cost is also very fair compared to other mainstream download sites like iTunes or Amazon. Highly recommended. More

Pi Music Player is a wonderful music player on Android. It's been my favorite to use by far. For ringtones, I'd say it works okay, but that wouldn't be why I'd recommend it even if that's an effective use. It's the best full featured music player available now, and that's the reason to get it. There are much lighter options if ringtones are the only thing you need. More

I can't figure out how to make the ringtones. Sure, it is a good downloader, but a bit slow. But if it doesn't have a ringtone maker, it should be in the music category only, not here with ringtones. More

Audiko is very useful for creating ringtones from your own music. I find this to be amazing because sometimes I want some pretty obscure songs as my ringtone and I cant find them as a ringtone anywhere. You can also download many popular songs as ringtones as well as beautiful wallpapers. More

Pimp your sound is outstanding to change my Iphone's ringtones. I always struggled when trying to change my sound, but this puts all of the work in the app's hands. It is very simple to search then select the song you want. Within seconds the song you selected is now your new ringtone. It really is the best app out there to download songs and install them as your ringtone on your iphone. More

This is a very good looking app. I am impressed with the layout of it. It is easy to understand and usability is important to me. I like that it can download three songs at a time. What a time saver. Also, it doesn't seem to take up too much memory while downloading songs. That's important. More

The mobile9 app works pretty well, if you're trying to download songs as ringtones. It is also capable of downloading other types of media; it's pretty versatile. There are occasional problems or bugs, but overall, the company has good customer service that makes you feel like they are actually listening and responding to your needs. More

I love my phone and I really wanted to find the best app to download songs as ringtones to my phone. A friend of mine recommended SoundHost and I must say that I was somewhat disappointed. I found it extremely hard to search for what I wanted and the app seem to respond really slowly on my phone. I would definitely look for a different music app if you want ringtones for your phone. More
