Magisto is known for incredible but really easy to use editing tools. It lets you trim clips, you can add subtitles, filters, and overlays which makes it great for birthday video editing. What I like most about it is how easy it is to use if you know nothing about video editing. I love using it to make video collages of birthdays so I can send them to family that live far away. More

I gave Magisto a try but I didn't think it was very useful. It certainly doesn't do anything you couldn't do better with Premier. More

This app is amazing. I run a small business and this makes me using video ads a realistic option. There is a small learning curve, but you will be amazed how professional these ads look. Definitely worth the cost and time. More

imovie is a good video editor for iphone or any ios device since you don't really have to go to the app stoer and download it, because it is already a built in app. For me this is sort of easy to use and i think it's ideal for creating birthday videos since it has the tools such as adding captions, music, cutting, trimming, which I believe are all necessary for creating a perfect video... Kinda difficult to use on iphone though because the screeen is not so big. More

If you need software to do video editing, iMovie may be worth the look. Offers the ability to create professional looking trailers along with 4K resolution so you can put your best foot forward. Obviously, it's only for iOS devices so you're out of luck if you're on Android. More

A cute and wonderful little app that's great for recording video's in a stop motion fashion. Able to let you add in effects and songs to which is pretty nice. May not be the best for video taping a birthday but would make for a neat little present for a kid on their birthday. More

I like the most about this app that it allows my own voice and photos and captions in the video so I can have a control about what the video would come out like, was creating a video for my mom by gathering some birthday greetings of her friends to her and she was soo really amazed with the video, told her I used this app, :D More
