This looks like a free to play Sim City clone, which is exactly what we're looking for. The features may not be as robust as a Sim City, but when it's free, you can deal with a little less. It does look like a mobile game, so it's going to be light in some areas, but for a phone game/time killer, you could do worse. More

Megapolis is definitely one of the best city building games out on the ios at this moment. The design of the game is very user friendly and I find the game tons of fun. More

This solution is a great way to solve the problem. For anyone, like me, that enjoys city building games this one is quite enjoyable. There are different levels and you get to play against and with players online. The goal is to create a town and get citizens back to the beginning of time. Sounds interesting to me. More

I have been playing DomiNations for a little while now and with each update it gets better and better. I like the character development and the overall gameplay. Not surprisingly, it can be quite addictive! More

Virtual City Playground is an enjoyable city builder, with graphics a bit reminiscent of turn of the millennium titles, but some parts of its business model and general presentation are off-putting and annoying. Basically, it's hard to make a lot of progress without spending additional money or wasting time watching excessive ads. The game also occupies a lot of space and sometimes runs in a laggy manner. The developers should take their ideas and graphics and rethink how they've built this game, to some extent. More

Fun game that is addictive. Has good gameplay. There are a lot of complaints about having to pay to advance. Overall, it looks to be a good game.

I love this game because it has the pixelated look of 80s video games. It's slightly repetitive but it's great for passing time with kids who need safe games, and if you're in a productive, building kind of mood too! More

Then you will have to find the best way to use the human resources to get rid of the bloody zombies. Eventually you will own a large city, along with the government system to govern the city. I LOVE city building games like Sim City. I grew up playing them and have fond memories of them. I was looking for a new one and found MegaCity HD for iOS. It's similar to Sim City and is really fun to play. It's definitely one of my favorite city building games that I've found so far for iOS. The page does not load, so I'm not sure about how the game looks or feels. But, I will say that I like the description, about building not only the city, but also the type of people that live there. I don't, however, like the way it's considered freemium, because that implies that you have to pay to get anything worthwhile in the game. More
