Sonar is very similar to Logic Studio, about midrange in ratings of audio workstations. I found Sonar to be a viable alternative but the final choice between the two will come down to your individual preferences and comfort level. For me, I'll stick with Logic Studio. More

FL Studio is a program meant for those who know what they are doing when creating music. It starts at a basic $99 and goes up to $899. It has all the features that one would need to creatively produce music and manage files. No matter the budget, I would definitely recommend. More
