Best weather apps for apple watch

My son was complaining about not having apps to use on his new Apple Watch. I decided to find him a few apps that I thought would help. The Yahoo Weather app was the first app I got him as I did not want him getting caught out in the rain! He really likes the layout of this app. More

I think that the weather channel is a great and trusted source for true and accurate weather, but I feel that their app has a lot to be improved upon. Both the Watch app and phone app can be improved apon. More

The Weather Channel app is not very good on the Apple Watch. It crashes a lot and just doesn't come up on the screen very well. I have it on my phone and it works fine, but not so much on the watch. More

Does what any weather app should do, not too much of a stretch here. As you'd expect, displays weather, forecast, chances of rain etc. Only special thing about this app is that it has a really attractive presentation on phones and the watch. More

Dark Sky Weather is probably the most accurate weather app I've used. As someone who walks through the city for work I have to plan ahead and there's nothing worse than getting caught during a rain storm. The forecast are truly accurate and precise up to the minute. I no longer have to worry about not bringing my umbrella or rain gear with me because Dark Sky Weather is always on my Apple Watch. I love how I can set alerts to let me know the conditions. I also like how it's free and the premium is even better as it offers to full options. More
