There’s no stopping this anymore. The AI revolution is advancing by leaps and bounds, and artificial intelligences like ChatGPT are becoming increasingly versatile. While we were already able to compose poems, write entire emails, do school assignments, or even develop video games, AI will now also assist us in training and meditation.

This idea comes from Gopi Prashanth, a technology director who has worked for giants like Amazon and Microsoft. He wanted to create an app that would help him find workouts. “For me, going and spending 15 minutes trying to figure out what I’m going to do for the next 15 minutes was painful,” he told GeekWire.

With only 30 minutes a day for physical exercises and meditation, Prashanth was not willing to invest half of his scarce free time just searching for workouts. With that need in mind, he ended up creating Fit Hub, a startup that is currently developing a ChatGPT-like chatbot capable of creating personalized workouts for the user.

Prashanth claims that this generative AI will be capable of creating fully personalized workouts and meditation routines based on users’ preferences and any physical limitations they may have.

The Fit Hub app is so comprehensive that it also takes into account other factors, such as the equipment available to the user, time constraints, their goals, which muscle groups they want to train, and even their emotional state. Additionally, the application includes demonstration videos, a timer, and an AI-generated voice instructor.

The beta version of “Fit Hub – Evolve” is now available on the Play Store and the App Store, offering six daily workout or meditation plans completely free, with the option to expand infinitely through its premium version. Looking ahead, Prashanth aims to launch a feature that allows trainers and influencers to upload their own content.
