While it is true that we spend many hours glued to our cell phones watching videos or movies, or listening to music, when we want to have a good time in our homes we usually use our PCs, with which we can enjoy a much more rewarding experience than with our mobile devices.

Of course, one of the most important aspects for the experience to be the best possible is the sound. Previously we told you what you should consider when buying a sound bar and we detailed the aspects you should look at before choosing one, but today we want to expand the range of sound a little more and show you what are the best speakers you can buy for your PC.

SteelSeries Arena 3

The SteelSeries Arena 3 are a real beast if you are looking for the best sound for playing PC games. Great value for money, the SteelSeries speakers can be conveniently connected to your PC via several different connectors, as well as Bluetooth (allowing you to connect them to your cell phone as well).

While the audio quality is excellent, the only “downside” of the SteelSeries Arena 3 speakers is the absence of a subwoofer, which brings better bass to the sound you hear. Still, at an RRP of €149.99, it’s one of the best speakers you can buy for PC gaming.

Creative Pebble Plus 2.1

If your budget doesn’t allow you to spend 3-figure sums, the Creative Pebble Plus 2.1 is the cheapest PC speakers you can buy, but with a sound quality and design that has nothing to envy to some more expensive speakers. Plus, the High Gain mode allows you to “turn up the volume” beyond what your PC allows without sacrificing audio quality.

One of its major drawbacks is the limitation of connections, since it only has a 3.5 mm AUX input, but, for a price of €34.99, if you are looking for “good” speakers, the Creative Pebble Plus 2.1 will be worth every penny invested.

Logitech Z407

The Logitech Z407 are your ideal speakers if you’re looking for mid-range speakers, whether you’re playing games, watching movies or just listening to music. With a sleek and compact design, the most striking feature of the Logitech Z407 is that they connect via Bluetooth, so you’ll have fewer wires in the way.

However, before you buy these great speakers you should make sure you have a Bluetooth receiver installed in your PC. Although most current Wi-Fi receivers have a Bluetooth receiver included, many PCs do not, so be careful, as this is the only way to connect these speakers. You can buy the Logitech Z407 at an RRP of €139.

Edifier MR4

While the previous speakers are oriented to a “casual” use, the Edifier MR4 are more oriented to be used in a studio by sound technicians, DJs or other audio professionals. If you are just starting out in this industry and need speakers with which to edit your audio tracks, the Edifier MR4 are the speakers you are looking for.

At an RRP of €129.99 and available in two models: black or white, the Edifier MR4 have a very good sound quality, although they only have analog inputs.
