As a free-to-play title, Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 relies on the sale of in-game items to earn money and be profitable. That’s why along with the new Battle Pass that arrives each season, players can purchase new weapon blueprints and Operators to add some personality to each match.
These new Operator appearances include classic CoD characters like Ghost or Captain Price, but Warzone 2 has also crossed paths with big franchises, such as TMNT’s Operator Shredder who arrived in Season 2 Reloaded.
Now, following the release of John Wick Chapter 4 in theaters, Warzone 2 players are desperate for Keanu Reeves’ action movie icon to be the next collaboration.
A request that comes from Reddit
Reddit user Dlan_JKGL posted a fan-made image of a John Wick operator as in a Modern Warfare 2 billboard, along with the caption, “That’s all we want, please.”
Many other players responded in the comments, pleading with Infinity Ward to bring John Wick to Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 in a future update.

In addition to being a cool crossover for fans of the movies, players even argued that John Wick would fit Warzone 2’s “realistic and realistic” style, more so than “99% of the packs” released so far.
Others also mentioned the Messi, Pogba and Neymar Jr skins that came to Warzone 2 in 2022, claiming that John Wick “makes a lot more sense” in the CoD series than them.
This also wouldn’t be the first time the action movie franchise has been ported to video games, Reeves’ image was used in a Fortnite pack after fans noticed the similarity between John Wick and the Reaper skin from Season 3.
While the developers have shown no signs of releasing a John Wick operator in Warzone 2 or Modern Warfare 2, it’s clear that this is a collaboration that fans are desperate to see, and it would certainly be a big draw for many players to return to the game. Both new and old.
