Ford Launches Major Discount Campaign to Boost American Car Sales

Ford is making headlines with its newly launched campaign, “From America, For America” which features significant discounts for car shoppers, including employee pricing for nearly all models.

The initiative aims to promote Ford’s commitment to American-made vehicles while making them more accessible to consumers. Exclusions apply for select vehicles such as the F-150 Raptor, 2025 Super Duty pickups, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator, along with fleet vehicles.

The campaign includes a notable incentive for electric vehicle (EV) buyers: a complimentary Level 2 home charger and ongoing support.

This offer is part of Ford’s extended “Power Promise” program, originally launched in October, which also encompasses a robust eight-year, 100,000-mile battery warranty. It now runs through June 30, 2025, applicable to new purchases or leases of the Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning, amongst other EVs.

Rob Kaffl, Ford’s director of sales in the U.S., stated that the company is in a strong inventory position, enabling them to offer these steep discounts. The move comes as Ford faces a challenging sales environment, having reported a 1.3% decline in sales during the first quarter. Nevertheless, the Mustang Mach-E is achieving record success, surpassing competitors like the Chevy Equinox EV with over 11,600 units sold.

In contrast, General Motors recently reported a sales increase of nearly 17%, with EV sales doubling to approximately 31,887, securing its position as the second-largest EV seller in the U.S. behind Tesla.

Despite being the largest U.S.-based manufacturer among legacy automakers, Ford isn’t exempt from the impact of new tariffs, with roughly 21% of its vehicles sold in the U.S. being imported—much lower than GM’s 46%.

For those looking to capitalize on these electric vehicle savings, detailed information on discounts for the Ford F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E can be found through local dealership links.
