google drive iconIf you rely on Google Drive to for your files and documents, you’re going to have a rough morning. Google has just confirmed that Drive is experiencing connectivity issues that’s “affecting a significant subset of users.”

The company first acknowledged the issues at 7:17AM PST, and has stated that it will provide more news at 9:10AM PST. Of course, there is no guarantee that a fix will be issued at that time.

For now, the issues seem to stem around users trying to manipulate or even just access Google Drive. A couple of Softonic editors, including myself, have been experiencing issues all morning connecting and using Drive. Actions will time out with “Loading…” and “The server encountered an error” messages being displayed at the top of the page. There are reports all over Twitter of users experiencing issues with Drive.
