There are few actors as beloved today as Jason Momoa. The star of Aquaman is loved among the manliest men for his action roles and his impressive physique, but his kind and fun attitude also reaches many other audiences. Now, he is ready to conquer them all with his new documentary on Max: On the roam.

Just released on HBO Max, the documentary series follows Jason Momoa throughout the United States on a road trip that takes him, along with his motorcycle, to discover hidden corners and spectacular stories of people we wouldn’t normally know on television.

“I live on the road”

The documentary series of Jason Momoa seems to actually respond to his attitude after his divorce with Lisa Bonet, with whom he was together for two years. In an interview with Kevin Frazier for Entertainment Tonight, the actor responded to one of the questions with “Dude, I don’t even have a home. I live on the road“. And, watching the documentary, it seems clear that it has been a revealing way to face this moment.

For now, two episodes are already available to watch, but the series has eight chapters that are being released week by week on the streaming platform. The interesting thing is that, beyond showing Jason Momoa’s most adventurous side, On the Road shows the actor’s most parental and loving side, making it clear that he is much more than what we see on screen.

Undoubtedly, Momoa is in one of his best moments. After playing the protagonist in the failed sequel to Aquaman and being the villain in Fast X, he is now working on the production of Minecraft, where he is currently working in New Zealand. It is clear that we are going to continue learning more about him.
