Before Chapter 5 of Fortnite begins on March 8th, the game has welcomed a new mini-event: “Pandora’s Box“.
Located near Ruined Reels, a colossal-sized hand holds the box with chains with trillions of health points. It is very likely that if you enter now, you will find a large number of players hacking and attacking these chains. At this point, 60% of its life points had already been depleted in just 15 hours. If this pace continues, the chains should break today.
The legend of Pandora’s Box tells us how Pandora opened a jar, driven by curiosity, and unleashed misery upon humanity. For now, we don’t know exactly what kind of relationship there is between this legend and Fortnite, which has made players expectant for the future breaking of chains.
All indications are that Greek mythology will be the main protagonist during chapter 5 of season 2 of Fortnite. In the Box itself, we can distinguish up to 8 constellations, which could be the trident of Poseidon, the helmet of Ares, and the heart of Aphrodite, for example.
